WHAT CLASSES DO WE OFFER?

Functional Fitness: These classes consist of structured workouts with elements of strength and conditioning. They combine elements of weight lifting, gymnastics and conditioning to create a great whole body workout.
Beginners Functional Fitness: Start your functional fitness journey by learning the basic fundamental movements followed by a workout to help build up your confidence ready for the mainstream classes.
Conditioning : Become a master of the cardio machines, including the rowers, bikes, runners and ski ergs. This class will consist of short bursts of non-impact cardiovascular activity.
Weightlifting : Weightlifting  classes are all about developing strength and technique in Olympic lifting and compound exercises over a structured 9-week course.
Total Body Toner : A great class for your accessories and to build strength. We’ll be using body weight, dumbbell & barbell exercises & covering all correct techniques to ensure maximum results.
 
Hyrox : Our Hyrox classes combine running with functional workout stations. Movements/equipment we utilise in these classes are; sled pull/push, rowing, ski erg, sandbag lunges, wall balls farmers carries & burpee broad jumps. These sessions are structured to provide a great whole body workout.
Gymnastics: Our gymnastics classes are skills & strength focussed sessions designed to help you improve in bodyweight exercises, such as handstands, muscle ups, pull ups and much more.

Functional fitness classes include a workout of the day known as a ‘WOD’. This will include a combination of weightlifting, gymnastics, strength and metabolic conditioning. In order to scale these to cater for all abilities, we either change the exercises or minimise the workload! .
