I’ll never forget how much I ached after my first PT session with Kelly, but 3 months later and I’m still going strong! 💪 What’s actually happened is that not only do I feel stronger but I’ve learnt lots about my body, nutrition and what food can actually do for you! I’m confident to use the gym equipment which I’d never do before. My technique improves with each week and my mindset and how I feel when I work out has totally changed 🙌 When you have PT with Kelly you don’t just get an hour of someone telling you what to do. You get patience and understanding, clear communication and explanation of ‘why’ you are doing something, encouragement and support but challenge so that you work hard and push yourself out of your comfort zone 🚀 Kelly genuinely wants you to learn and build confidence so that you can take what she teaches you and apply it when she’s not there 💫 I cannot recommend Kelly highly enough, the hours PT I have with her is by far one of my most favourite hours of the day

Ryan is a very conscientious PT. Adapts sessions to suit client’s goals and takes into consideration any injuries they have and works around them. I have thoroughly enjoyed having him as my PT and would highly recommend him to anyone, regardless of age or ability, he will always plan sessions to suit.

I started Personal Training with Tom (properly) 2 years ago during lockdown. When I started, I was 16 Stone 2, eating takeaways twice a week feeling miserable and only averaging 1000 steps a day. Now I currently weigh 11 stone 6. Tom would always touch base with me twice a week to see how my eating was going and where I could improve. He made me understand eating food isn't just chicken rice and veg and that it can be fun and creative and still being able to enjoy events like birthdays and meals out etc.
