OUR SCHEDULE

We run a range of classes throughout the week all suitable for any fitness level. Our timetable is open to both members and non-members. All classes require you to book in advance to hold your space.

Functional fitness classes include a workout of the day known as a ‘WOD’. This will include a combination of weightlifting, gymnastics, strength and metabolic conditioning. In order to scale these to cater for all abilities, we either change the exercises or minimise the workload! .
